Dave Wells was born into a family of contractors and real estate developers. He grew up crunching cap rates and calculating construction costs. While proficient in residential real estate, he specializes in commercial property representing buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. He has extensive experience in governmental contracts, working with federal, state and local entities as well as national and regional retail tenants, multi-family, hotel, industrial, as well as retail and office space. He also works with investors striving to find the most suitable real estate investments and to perform 1031 tax deferred exchanges when needed. Dave grew up in Eureka, CA and loves living in a small town. He is interested in living in the healthiest and most prosperous area possible and has served his community with 8 years on the Workforce Investment Board, 12 years on the local hospital board, is a member of Rotary and Chamber of Commerce. Dave lives in Kelseyville with his wife Kathy. They have three children and recently welcomed their first grandchild.
